The apartments, solidly constructed of reinforced concrete, have between 104 and 191 square metres of living space and fully fitted bathrooms and kitchens, including electric water heater and all electrodomestics. There is ceramic tiling on floors throughout the apartments, the solariums and terraces also being floored with ceramic tiles, waterproofed in the case of outdoor areas. There are also decorative ceramic tiles on bathroom and kitchen walls; the rest of the walls have a smooth plaster finish, ready to take your own choice of colours.

The apartments in Terrazas de Guadalupe are attractively finished and fitted with Roca bathroom fittings and top-quality kitchen equipment, including fridge-freezer and washing machine. All the two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, while the remaining three-bedroom apartments in phase 1 have a grand total of three bathrooms.  The aluminium sliding windows are protected by PVC roller blinds; ground floor apartments have metal grilles for security and the communal gardens are fully illuminated.
Hacienda Guadalupe is deservedly popular with its residents, thanks to its comfortable residential developments, its landscaped gardens and its favoured location, just off the N340 and near the renowned Duquesa area with its rolling golf course and lively port area.

Residences in both phases of Terrazas de Guadalupe are already proving extremely popular; they are selling well, more than half of the units having already been sold. Prices for the remaining two-bedroom ground floor apartments with private gardens are from 139,500 to 143,000 Euros; two-bedroom apartments with solariums are 196,000 Euros, while the remaining three-bedroom duplexes with large solariums are 235,000 Euros.
